Door Position Switches

I am having problems with the door position switches moving on the LCN 2210 DPS closures. I have tried elmers glue and lock tight. After a few openings they will move and indicate open.

Detention Slider

A new slider head box was installed with the old door. We have had problems with the motors getting hot, door not opening right away. Adjusted the door and lock bar assembly various times. Door will operate for a few weeks then will not work for a week or so. Any suggestions?
